Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in Waterville, Maine

Waterville sits on the west bank of the Kennebec, about twenty miles north of Augusta, and it is part of our regular heating and cooling route. We repair and replace furnaces, troubleshoot heat pumps, install mini-splits and fix air conditioners across the city.

Much of the housing near downtown and toward the Colby College side of town is older, with plenty of multi-family buildings and homes that have been updated a piece at a time. Those houses often do well with a mini-split or two to even out rooms the main system never quite reaches.
